Charles Hoskinson is the co-founder of Ethereum and the founder of Cardano, a decentralized public blockchain and cryptocurrency project. He is also the CEO of IOHK, a blockchain research and development company that is building Cardano.
Hoskinson was born in Colorado in 1983 and received a degree in mathematics and computer science from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He became interested in cryptography and blockchain technology early on and was involved in the development of several cryptocurrency projects before co-founding Ethereum in 2013.
